You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our software, or attempt to derive the source code. You may not share your account credentials or license keys with third parties.

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aplomado Systems LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
