A quick overview of the Aplomado workflow.

Core workflow

  1. Import CAD: bring in your part geometry.
  2. Define robot & fixtures: choose a robot model and configure the cell.
  3. Generate paths: pick a strategy and tune parameters.
  4. Simulate & validate: check collisions, reach, and quality.
  5. Post-process: export native robot code.

Terminology

Workcell
Your robot, fixtures, positioners, and safety geometry.
Tool frame
The TCP definition used for planning and post-processing.
User frame
A coordinate system to locate the part relative to the cell.
